Hillcrest Educational Centers is looking for a dedicated Overnight Youth Development Professional to join our teamsomeone who not only values the mission of youth empowerment and safety but also prefers the calm and structure of overnight work.

Schedule: 4 nights ON, 3 nights OFF, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Requirements: High School Degree or GED

Pay Range: $22.00-$25.25/hr (based on the highest level of education and applicable experience) + Shift Differentials (extra $0.50 or $2.50/hr);

Locations Available:

  • The Highpoint program is located in Lenox, Massachusetts. It is a rural setting on 24 beautiful acres, surrounded by land preserved by the Massachusetts Audubon Society. Highpoint is a trauma informed care residential treatment setting for males aged 11-21 with a variety of high-risk behaviors and mental health diagnoses.
  • Our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Residential Program is located in Lenox, Massachusetts and offers highly-specialized day, and intensive residential treatment services for children and adolescents at all levels of the Autism spectrum.

Many of these students have had a hard time in other placements or have been in and out of hospitals. Our goal is to help break that cycle and find what works for each child.

We offer a safe place where students can stabilize and receive a full evaluation from a team of professionals. Each student is different, so we create a personalized plan based on their unique needs and strengths. With small classes, more staff support, and fewer students per clinician, were able to give each child the attention they need.

After the evaluation, we make a plan for whats nextthis could mean moving to a less-restrictive program, returning home, or continuing care at Brookside if more support is still needed.

At Hillcrest, were focused on helping each student make real progress and find a stable, long-term path forward.

  • Responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and well-being of all students in your assigned area.

  • Supporting students in acquiring coping skills by guiding them to make thoughtful choices and understand the impact of their decisions.

  • Participating as a member of the Treatment Team to help ensure consistent care and support.
