Job description

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

The Head of Product Management โ€“ Intelligence Ventures serves as the senior product leader for a new behavioral intelligence platform initiative within Charter Communications. This executive owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform โ€” translating proprietary household behavioral embeddings and the feature store into a coherent portfolio of intelligence products spanning programmatic APIs and data feeds, a natural-language insights interface for non-technical business users, audience and activation products for media buyers, and packaged indices and datasets for enterprise and alternative-data buyers. Acting as the voice of the market inside the product organization, the GVP, Product Management decides what gets built, for whom, and in what sequence โ€” converting a general-purpose behavioral intelligence substrate into commercially differentiated products across advertising, commerce, AI, and financial markets. This role sits on the platform leadership team and reports directly to the Head of Intelligence Ventures.

How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

  • Lead a lean, hands-on product team spanning the advertising and intelligence product domains, partnering closely with the Head of Technology and Head of AI Data Science on what the platform produces, and works alongside go-to-market and solutions leadership on how it reaches the market.
  • Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap across the platformโ€™s intelligence layers (behavioral embeddings, the feature store, and the product and output layer) and buyer-facing surfaces, balancing foundational tech with revenue-driving packaged products.
  • Translate proprietary embeddings and predictive features into differentiated products, prioritizing development in key verticals such as automotive, financial services, retail, travel, and QSR.
  • Act as the market voice internally, translating client, partner and competitive feedback into prioritized roadmap decisions that increase retention and revenue. Define product requirements for partner integrations with DSPs, hyperscalers, and AI platforms.
  • Define commercial and packaging models in partnership with platform leadership, finance, and Spectrum Reach, spanning platform licensing, enterprise subscriptions, media activation, and alternative-data products. Establish how products are versioned, tiered, and priced across distinct buyer markets, and own the product-side business case for each major release from initial build through general availability.
  • Embed privacy and governance in product design, ensuring compliance with transformation-not-exposure architecture, and personally lead and grow a senior product team with hands-on ownership of core product decisions.

What Youโ€™ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field

Experience

  • 10+ years Product management leadership experience for data, intelligence, SaaS, or platform products
  • 5+ years Hands-on product leadership, including directly owning products and building or leading a small, senior team

Skills

  • Deep expertise in product management for data, intelligence, or platform products built on AI/ML systems, with the ability to turn embeddings, features, and scores into successful commercial offerings.
  • Proven success owning the full product lifecycle for technical and business-facing products, including APIs, feeds, SDKs, dashboards, and insights tools.
  • Experience building and packaging data products across APIs, feeds, clean rooms, zero-copy platforms, and audience/activation products, with strong commercial and developer-experience instincts.
  • Strong product strategy and commercial acumen, including pricing, packaging, tiering, business cases, and prioritizing investments across markets and revenue streams.
  • Deep market fluency in adtech, martech, data, measurement, identity, clean rooms, DSPs/SSPs, and retail media, with the ability to translate market feedback into product decisions.
  • Skilled at communicating complex AI/ML and data concepts to executives and partners, with a strong grasp of privacy-preserving data products, governance, and regulatory considerations.
  • Comfortable as a hands-on, player-coach leader in a lean, early-stage environment, with the ability to build teams, navigate ambiguity, and deliver against ambitious goals.
  • Strong interest in agentic AI and emerging intelligence-product interfaces, including AI-ready APIs, retrieval-grounded experiences, and multi-agent workflows.
  • Ability to serve as a visionary leader, think strategically, and anticipate future needs and trends with respect to relevant technologies.
  • Ability to lead large change, complex projects and initiatives, foster teamwork, and build a strong culture of collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Masterโ€™s degree or MBA preferred but not required โ€” deep industry experience and a demonstrated track record of launched products and commercial impact are equally valued

Experience

  • 12+ years Senior product leadership at a leading data product, adtech, martech, measurement, identity, or AI-native platform company (e.g., LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, Snowflake, Databricks, Nielsen, Palantir, Amazon, or Google), ideally with experience launching both developer-facing data products and business-user-facing application products
