  • Consult with prospective and existing clients through targeted outreach, maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction
  • Qualify leads by preparing ROI analyses and coordinating site surveys to evaluate service potential
  • Capture new clients while maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities by clearly explaining Spectrum products and services
