You'll identify equipment issues, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, complete repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently before completing each service call.You'll work on split systems, heat pumps, package units, gas furnaces, rooftop units, air conditioning systems, thermostats, indoor air quality equipment, and other HVAC components. You'll also explain repair recommendations, answer customer questions, complete accurate electronic service documentation, maintain an organized service vehicle, and occasionally assist with equipment replacement projects when needed.This role combines technical expertise, customer communication, and problem-solving while providing the opportunity to continue building your skills through ongoing training and hands-on experience.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking HVAC professionals with at least two years of residential service experience. Experience working with light commercial equipment is a plus.
