Job description

Looking for a role where your communication skills make a daily difference? As a Receptionist at Spectrum News, you will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, ensuring everyone receives prompt and helpful service. Your attention to detail and professionalism will shape the customer experience and drive Spectrum’s commitment to excellence.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and efficiently connect callers to the appropriate individuals
  • Provide clear and helpful routine information to callers and visitors
  • Record and transmit messages with accuracy
  • Greet and direct visitors to relevant personnel
  • Assist with mail functions to ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming conference calls
  • Issue and collect employment application forms while maintaining the application flow log
  • Support additional duties as requested by supervisor

Required Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to listen to and interpret customer needs
  • Ability to operate a telephone console
