Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Retail Leadership

Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district

Manage and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams

Build a culture of accountability, performance, and employee engagement

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience

Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning

Sales Management & Revenue Growth

Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans

Monitor key business metrics including:
