As Manager, Vertical Market Sales, Healthcare at Spectrum, you will oversee and empower a team of major account executives, managers and representatives, delivering advanced connectivity solutions to business clients. Your leadership will be key to exceeding sales targets and building strong partnerships that drive Spectrum’s continued expansion and impact.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead, recruit, train and motivate a sales team to consistently surpass monthly sales and billing goals
  • Oversee daily sales activities, conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one reviews to maintain productivity and ensure effective account management
  • Attend sales calls with representatives to support their development and business acquisition efforts
  • Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Assign high-priority customers and pursue business opportunities with long-term growth potential
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Market Development, Construction, Sales Support and Marketing to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
