The Operator is able to perform all lab analysis using burettes, pipettes, pH/ion meters, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, laboratory balance, hydrometers, hull cells, CVS, and other lab related equipment. An operator can perform some lab analysis; make most chemical additions and bath make-ups, in addition to accurate up-to-date record keeping. Hours for this position are 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. This position is located at 6457 Fly Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057.

Duties:

  • Perform chemical analysis of process baths using standard titration methods, CVS, UV/VIS, AA.

  • Some data entry.

  • Make most chemical additions and bath make-ups.

  • Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.

  • Maintain a safe, neat and orderly work place.

  • Requisition chemicals and equipment from shipping.

  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Accountability:

  • Quality - measured by keeping all chemical baths within parameters specified on lab forms.

  • Productivity - measured by completing chemical analysis on time and on the first attempt.

  • Safety - measured by the number of accidents, injuries and incidents, and by compliance with Dynamic Details Inc safety policies.

  • Attendance - measured by occurrences of tardiness and absences.

  • Documentation - measured by accuracy of logs and paperwork.

  • Communication-measured by transfer of station events and activities to supervisor and co-workers.

  • Housekeeping - measured by performance against periodic audit on a departmental basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in printed circuit bath analysis, working knowledge of CVS, UV/VIS atomic absorption spectroscopy, statistical process control and wet lab procedures.

  • Chemistry background desirable. Able to lift 50+ pounds.

  • Able to work with process chemicals.

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the extent necessary to accomplish the job.

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$45,354 - $71,688

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
