Role Overview & Responsibilities
Spectrum Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture and fixtures for educational and commercial environments, is seeking a dedicated team member to lead our Panel Processing Department. This department plays a key role in our CNC-driven manufacturing process.
  • Performs and assists with the production duties of the department
  • Understands and follows the work center schedule
  • Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance
  • Reports issues that cause the team's performance to be compromised
  • Provides training to both new and progressing team members
  • Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member's ideas are both solicited and listened to
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of related work experience (preferred)
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
