  • Engage directly with customers to resolve concerns, support account maintenance, and provide consultative solutions across Spectrumโ€™s offerings
  • Apply active listening and respectful communication to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently meet call-handling performance standards
  • Present and explain Spectrumโ€™s full portfolio, emphasizing Spectrum Mobile, to address customer needs and strengthen product value
