Job description

Salary:

Tri-City Group is seeking Low Voltage Technicians for immediate openings in Des Moines, IA.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Main duties include installation of low voltage cabling infrastructure in large construction, new construction, and remodeling projects.


Qualifications:

  • Low voltage knowledge and understanding and experience pulling and routing wires is required.
  • Qualified candidates will have formal training in category cabling, security, and low-voltage installation.
  • Familiarity with electrical tools and machinery
  • Reliable transportation to get to the construction site and from job to job
  • Regular attendance, timeliness when given tasks and arrival to work on time - Required
  • Ability to follow safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and wear PPE (Safety gear) on site
  • Desire to learn in a hands-on environment with an awareness of other job site activities
  • Attention to detail, and ability to follow instruction
