Howย Youโ€™llย Make an Impactย 

  • Coordinate construction projects using in-house and contract labor for new builds, maintenance and rebuildsย 
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to design plant layouts, sketch equipmentย placementsย and prepare materials listsย 
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with agreements and industry standardsย 
  • Conduct site inspections to uphold quality control for all labor teamsย 
  • Reconcile invoices against work completed in the field and review damage claimsย 
  • Manage permitting and make-ready processes, keeping project progress on trackย
