Howย Youโllย Make an Impactย
- Coordinate construction projects using in-house and contract labor for new builds, maintenance and rebuildsย
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to design plant layouts, sketch equipmentย placementsย and prepare materials listsย
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with agreements and industry standardsย
- Conduct site inspections to uphold quality control for all labor teamsย
- Reconcile invoices against work completed in the field and review damage claimsย
- Manage permitting and make-ready processes, keeping project progress on trackย
- Foster positive employee relations on your team through effective supportย

- Ability to work independently, effective prioritization andย organizationย skillsย
- Proficiencyย with personal computers and software including Microsoft Officeย
