Job description

Lionsgate Academy is a Public Charter School that specializes in educating students living with Autism or other learning differences.

OUR SCHOOL:

Case Manager positions (no teaching)Small case loads either Middle or High School students

Special Education Teachers (no case managing)

Due process days

OUR STAFF:

Collaborate daily with team members

80 hours Paid Time Off in the school year

We offer:

$37,500 - $70,000 depending on education and experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Possession of a valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education

  • If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 Teaching License

  • Ability to operate a computer and the software necessary to complete required job tasks

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Masters degree in Special Education

  • Possession of a valid license in Autism Spectrum Disorder, in process of gaining ASD Licensure, or hold certificate with willingness to pursue licensure

  • Experience working with students on the autism spectrum
