Job description

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Special Reconnaissance Instructor to join our team.


Location: Hurlburt Field, FL


Job Description:

The Special Reconnaissance Instructor provides instruction and mentorship in reconnaissance, surveillance, operational preparation of the environment, land navigation, small unit tactics, and advanced SOF mission execution.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom instruction
  • Lead practical field exercises
  • Train students in surveillance and reconnaissance operations
  • Teach OPE methodologies
  • Conduct mission planning instruction
  • Support full mission profile exercises
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of USAF Special Reconnaissance Course and Special Tactics Operator ORMinimum five years of current SR experience in a SOF sister service.
