  • Collaborate with team members across departments to help meet deadlines and keep projects moving
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed

  • Previous administrative, office, reception, or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus, but not required

  • Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively

This position is not eligible for remote or work-from-home arrangements.

Compensation & Growth

  • $25.00 per hour
  • Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position
  • Opportunity to gain experience across both the business operations and legal sides of the firm
  • Potential for future growth into administrative, operations, HR, or legal support roles based on experience, performance, and firm needs
