Description
This role provides general office and administrative assistance in support of various groups and individuals. The successful candidate will be professional, proactive, self-motivated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must be able to work in-person in Camas from 7:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. This six-month temporary position offers the opportunity to become a permanent position, subject to strong performance and ongoing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and staff
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and activities, including logistics, catering, materials preparation, room reservations, and attendee communications
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Draft, edit, and distribute professional communications, presentations, and documentation
  • Support reception operations, such as visitor sign-in, mail distribution, office supplies, and general office services
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reconciliation, and travel policy compliance
  • Maintain vendor relationships and oversee service providers
  • Support workspace planning, maintenance activities, and workplace improvement projects
  • Monitor and maintain office resources, inventory, and access control systems
  • Support employee onboarding, safety programs, training initiatives, and company-wide communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems, and operational efficiency while supporting special projects and organizational initiatives
  • Perform additional duties, special projects, and assignments as needed to support departmental and organizational requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of increasingly responsible clerical experience in a professional environment.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience in general accounting, business, travel coordination, human resources, or project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in English, with personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative, positive, and effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and to apply sound judgment in making decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills, in person and on the phone.
  • Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information and to set professional boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • SharePoint knowledge is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively guide and assist others.
  • Ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to coordinate across organizational boundaries to complete projects or tasks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

    • Administrative/Office Assistant - $20.00 to $26.00
  • Target Cash Bonus with potential payout of up to 2% of earned wages
