Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance! *This position requires a Secret clearance* **THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD** TheASOTC (Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course) Instructor will support the delivery of advanced tactical training to military personnel and special operations forces. The instructor will provide classroom instruction, practical exercises, field training, and mentorship in specialized operational techniques while ensuring adherence to safety, security, and training standards. Responsibilities: * Deliver ASOTC curriculum in accordance with approved training objectives and lesson plans. * Conduct classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practical exercises. * Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback and remediation as needed. * Develop, update, and maintain training materials, scenarios, and course documentation. * Assist in planning and executing field training exercises and mission profiles. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk management procedures, and operational security requirements. * Maintain accountability of training equipment, materials, and facilities. * Support after-action reviews (AARs) and training assessments. * Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to improve course effectiveness and training outcomes. Qualifications: * Former Special Operations Forces (SOF) operator, instructor, or equivalent military experience. * Graduate of ASOTC or comparable advanced special operations training program. * Minimum 5 years of operational and/or instructional experience in special operations environments. * Experience planning, coordinating, and conducting tactical training exercises. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work in both classroom and field environments Security Clearance: * Secret Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
