About the Role

The Reservations Agent is a key first point of contact for guests, responsible for handling room, dining, and spa inquiries with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency.

In this role, you will manage reservation details, capture special requests, maintain accurate room and rate information, and provide knowledgeable guidance on hotel offerings. You will work closely with Front Office, Revenue, Spa, and F&B teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online requests for reservations.
  • Follow all Reservations and Communications (ResComm) procedures and service standards.
  • Accurately enter, update, and confirm reservations, including special requests and billing details.
  • Support room and rate availability guidelines to help maximize occupancy.
  • Assist with OTA and group reservation updates as needed.
  • Provide special handling for VIPs, corporate clients, and returning guests.
  • Communicate guest needs to relevant departments for a seamless stay.
  • Manage wake-up call requests and maintain accurate logs.
  • Stay updated on room types, hotel services, and system changes through ongoing training.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate.

  • Previous hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, pleasant telephone manner.
