Position Summary:

A Signal Special Events Security Officer will conduct and ensure security of all guests and access points for the Special Events location. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are requirements as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections. This will include the tactful messaging of prohibited items or non-compliant bags that cannot be allowed into the stadium.
  • Conduct pat downs as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
  • Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
  • Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations.
  • You must commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor.
  • Appropriately identify and escalate security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  • Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
  • The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations 
  • Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind.
  • Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices, etc.
