We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking Part-Time Special Event Security Guards who are highly professional, dependable, and committed to providing extreme customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Position Overview

As a Special Event Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property while delivering outstanding customer service at upscale events and venues. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.

This is not just a security position—we are looking for individuals who understand hospitality and can balance safety with exceptional guest interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and secure event entrances, exits, and designated areas
  • Greet guests professionally and provide directions or assistance as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
  • Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations
  • Assist with crowd management and event flow
  • Respond quickly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
  • Work closely with event staff, management, and local authorities when needed
  • Enforce company and venue policies respectfully and consistently
  • Complete incident reports and communicate important updates to supervisors
Requirements: Qualifications
  • Valid California Guard Card (required)
  • Previous security, hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends (Thursday–Sunday required)
