Our mission is to support the growth and development of children from birth to age 3 through family-centered, evidence-based practices. We are seeking Special Education Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives within home and community settings.
Position Overview:
As a Special Education Teacher in our Early Intervention program, you will work with infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays. You will design and implement individualized intervention plans and partner with families to support their child's educational and functional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct early childhood special education services to children in home and community settings.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
  • Conduct developmental assessments and progress monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Deliver family coaching to encourage developmental growth.
  • Maintain documentation and service logs in compliance with NYC EI requirements.
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, hourly, or fee-for-service options.
