Job description

Sparta R-3 School District is seeking a high school counselor, grades 9-12, for the 2026-27 school year. Candidates must have a valid Missouri Counselor's certificate. Applicant should have experience with creating a master schedule, working with A+ students, assisting students with post secondary planning, familiar with the ICAP, assisting with dual credit/online courses, and assisting with career planning/shadowing for high school students.
