Family Best Care is hiring a reliable Spanish speaking caregiver for a consistent in home care assignment in Redmond, Washington. 
This is a steady Sunday assignment for a caregiver who is compassionate, professional, and able to provide attentive support while helping the client maintain independence, dignity, and daily routine. This role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, patient, emotionally steady, and able to communicate clearly in Spanish.
Spanish speaking ability is required for this position in order to effectively communicate with and support the client's needs.
Schedule
  • This is a consistent weekly assignment
Required availability:
  • Monday, 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday, 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Sunday, 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Applicants must be available for the listed Sunday schedule. Shift times are based on client care needs and must be worked as assigned.
Location
  • The client is located in Redmond.
  • Applicants should review the location and make sure they are able to reliably commute to and from the client's home for each scheduled shift.
  • Because this is a consistent assignment, reliable transportation, punctuality, and attendance are essential.

What You Will Do
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
  • Support activities of daily living
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
  • Provide medication reminders as appropriate
  • Support client safety and overall well being
  • Complete light housekeeping related to client care
  • Follow the care plan and document care accurately
  • Communicate client updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay: $26.00 per hour
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • Holiday pay for company recognized holidays
  • Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week
  • Consistent weekly schedule when available
  • Support from a responsive office team

Requirements
  • Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
  • Current TB test or screening
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Food Worker Card
  • Valid government issued photo ID
  • Reliable transportation to and from Bellevue
  • Reliable phone access for work related communication
  • Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
