Quality Supervisor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Supervisor to lead quality initiatives at our manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving the plant meets the highest standards of safety, consistency, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values continuous improvement, and is passionate about building a culture of quality across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Quality Management System to drive product consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead quality assurance and control measures throughout production, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Conduct audits, traceability checks, and implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Manage testing protocols, documentation, and reporting to ensure regulatory readiness and accuracy.
  • Partner with Operations to embed quality improvements and lean principles into daily practices.
  • Mentor and train staff in quality standards, GMP, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications
