All applicants are expected to meet the California State Community College Minimum Qualifications for Spanish instructors. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment or an interview

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Possession of a Master's degree in Spanish; OR Possession of a Bachelor's in Spanish AND Master's in another language or linguistics; OR Possession of a valid California Community College credential authorizing service as an instructor of Spanish; OR The equivalent; AND Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment.
