JOB SUMMARYThe Health Care Interpreter (HCI) provides accurate and professional language interpretation to patients, families, and staff. This includes in-person appointments at clinic locations and telephonic or video communication. The HCI assists with front-end operations for patients, such as scheduling appointments, onboarding new patients, and translating documentation as requested.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer the telephone professionally and courteously, scheduling patient appointments following procedures for proper timing and routing.
