You'll create the playbook here first, then extend it to other core languages — partnering closely with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing along the way.This is a hybrid role requiring 3+ days a week working from our Seattle, WA HQ.**You will:*** Own the Spanish experience across product and marketing, tailoring strategy to regional Spanish-speaking markets rather than one generic treatment* Design and run structured experiments, such as testing terminology and messaging variations, tied to clear conversion outcomes* Build the feedback loop from conversion and customer data back into localized copy, and design that process as a repeatable framework you can extend to other languages* Build and continuously improve AI-powered localization and content workflows for Spanish, from prompt design to feedback loops that raise output quality over time* Partner with cultural experts and run user testing to validate that content resonates, not just translates accurately* Manage localization vendor relationships and budget* Partner with engineering and design to catch internationalization issues before they reach customers* Drive tooling strategy and automation to support scalable localization pipelines* Maintain terminology and style guides for human and AI content**You have:*** Native-level fluency in Spanish, with working knowledge of regional variation across Latin American markets* 6+ years in localization program management, including tech stack management* 3+ years working directly on client-side product or marketing localization* Working knowledge of internationalization standards, with experience resolving localizability issues* Experience building, fine-tuning, or optimizing AI-powered localization or content workflows (prompt design, model evaluation frameworks, feedback loops for continuous improvement), or strong aptitude to build this capability* Proven ability to use customer and conversion data to inform localization strategy, including designing or interpreting A/B tests* High proficiency with translation management systems (TMS) and the broader localization tech stack* A track record of designing processes that scale beyond a single project or language* Strong stakeholder management across concurrent, cross-functional programs**Compensation Details.** The starting base salary range for this position is typically $136,000-$170,000.
