As an Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Are You Qualified. Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children.

Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.

Professional Development Units/Credits, preferred. Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months). Prior experience with the assigned age group.

Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation. Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
