We sell and support diagnostic tools and equipment. We are a fast-growing company looking for another member to add to our Tech Support team! We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong customer service background. Duties and responsibilities include:
· Providing help desk support using a ticket system.
· Answering calls via VOIP and turning any problematic calls into tickets.
· Taking very detailed notes for issues that customers are experiencing and passing this information on to the software developers.
· Providing assistance to customers that are using the diagnostic software that Cutting Edge sales.
· Assisting in helping customers determine issues that they are currently having with their vehicles or equipment.
· Processing software subscriptions and distributor requests for services that Cutting Edge offers.
· Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved.
· Pay is based on experience.
