This position is onsite in our modern facility located in Reston, Virginia, featuring private treatment rooms and an open gym space designed for therapeutic exercises. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art modalities and offers a welcoming environment where you can focus on personalized patient interactions. You will work alongside orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, and athletic trainers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose and treat a diverse range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique goals and functional needs.
• Apply a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities such as dry needling (if certified) and cupping.
• Provide education to patients on injury prevention, postural correction, and strategies for long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using our EMR system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to promote multidisciplinary approaches to patient care.

Our patients range from active athletes to individuals recovering from surgery or chronic pain conditions. The common goal is to enhance functional mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall wellbeing. You will be instrumental in designing care plans that cater to individual lifestyles and goals, ensuring that each patient achieves the best possible outcomes through active participation in their recovery process.

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred but new graduates with robust clinical training are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate patients toward achieving their health goals.

• Experience in specialized areas such as dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, or sports performance is a plus.
• Ongoing interest in professional development and a commitment to continuing education to enhance skill sets.
