Summary:

Spa Attendants are the liaison between spa treatments and amenities. This individual is primarily responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms. This includes the distribution of linens and the maintenance of toiletries in locker room vanities. Spa Attendants add to the guest experience by hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness of the women's spa locker room, lounge, restroom, shower, and related guest areas. The Spa Attendant provides attentive service to spa guests, assists with towels, robes, amenities, and locker room upkeep, and helps ensure a calm, clean, and welcoming spa environment.
Due to the nature of the role and the position's regular duties inside the women's locker room and other privacy-sensitive guest areas, a female colleague is required for this position as a bona fide occupational qualification.
