Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Colorado Springs South, is seeking a Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
  • Welcome and greet all members and guests upon arrival
  • Answer phones; schedule appointments; sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades; and file documents
  • Meet membership sales goals
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
  • Capable of working flexible hours
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
