Front Desk Concierge Manager - Buckhead, Atlanta

The Front Desk Manager (FDM) is the lead of the hospitality team. He/She/They are responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of guest satisfaction are attained by assisting with leading and motivating staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations including retail management, inventory management. He/She/They work in collaboration with the Assistant Manager to assist in the training and supervision of all front desk staff.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage of staff of 6-7 hospitality personnel who are the coordinators of the guest experience and flow Ensure efficient utilization of the Meevo system to handle all guest operations for appointments, follow-ups, and appropriate Scheduling of technicians

· Manage customer interaction on phones, and in person booking appointments, and responding to inquiries

· Manage the customer flow for a seamless customer experience from the start of their journey to the end.

· Follow up with customers to maintain customer connection and repeat visits to Woodhouse-Buckhead

· Help meet the weekly and monthly retail goals by motivating staff to sell product

· Work in collaboration with the Spa Manager as liaison providing a unique experience for VIP customers such as maintaining the beverage and food flow, special attention catering, and special events as the Experience Manager

· Manage retail inventory and retail presentation

· Be prepared to open or close operations when needed

· Help promote Marketing and Brand Awareness

Job Skills required: • 4+ years of excellent customer service

· Retail Management experience

· Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

· Efficient, well organized, and able to multitask a variety of duties

· Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment

· An energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational individual

· Creative in marketing, promotion, and programming

· Previous spa experience highly desirable

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred or equivalent work experience
