What You'll Do

As the Spa Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

  • 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required)
  • Flexible availability is required to support business needs

  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
  • Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, Lift/move up to 25 lbs, and reach items stored at various heights.

Scheduling Requirements

This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
