Both roles require relevant experience and certifications, but the Spa Manager's role is broader and more strategic.

What qualifications do you need to be a spa manager?

A spa manager typically needs a high school diploma or equivalent, with many employers preferring post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or related fields. Spa Managers often balance the needs of their team with delivering excellent client experiences. Common challenges include managing diverse staff schedules, ensuring consistent service quality, and adapting to client feedback.
