Position Description/Summary:ย  Spa Manager is responsible to maintain daily operations at the Spa to include scheduling, training, and supervising spa receptionists; coordinating and scheduling spa services; merchandising; and providing superior customer service and sales.ย 
Major Job Tasks:ย 
-ย  Open/Close the spa as scheduledย 
-ย  Ensure daily operating procedures are followed by employeesย 
-ย  Assist director in preparing employees schedules and submitting payroll informationย 
-ย  Assist in ordering spa merchandise and suppliesย 
-ย  Maintain a neat and clean spa and adjust as neededย 
-ย  Provide superior customer assistance and serviceย 
-ย  Maintain positive work environment to facilitate excellent serviceย 
-ย  Operate point of sale system and accurately handle payment transactionsย 
-ย  Provide a quiet, efficient, harmonious spa experience for guestsย 
-ย  Maintain effective appointment booking proceduresย
