We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Spa Manager to lead our spa team at Sunny's Spa and Beauty Lounge located in The Seabird Resort. Sunny's Spa supports both The Seabird Resort and Mission Pacific Beach Resort and is open to the public. As the Spa Manager, you will report directly to our Director of Food & Beverage. This person will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring impeccable service quality, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.
At Sunny's Spa and Beauty Lounge, bright yellow doors lead into whimsical, light-filled interiors that overlook the seaside, setting the stage for a playful twist on beauty, well-being, and "soul care." Offering a blend of both traditional and holistic rituals, the full-service spa features classic massages, innovative treatments, and a full-service beauty lounge. Locally and globally sourced products provide an eclectic blend of "farm to sea" treatments inspired by the power and endless energy of the sun. The lavish 7,000-square-foot space features a dry warming sitting area with radiant heat, cooling mist and aromatherapy showers, a sauna that can be transformed into a tropical bath for a sanarium experience, treatment rooms, and a lounge area overlooking the dazzling California coast. Sunny's was conceptualized by the award-winning spa design firm, Blu Spas Inc , whose work spans more than 400 spas in 40 countries. The salary range for this position is $70,304.00 - $78,750.00. This is the pay range for this position that Hotel name reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

โ€ข Implement guest-centric initiatives to enhance the overall spa and wellness experience.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
โ€ข Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
โ€ข Implement and oversee staff training on safety procedures.
โ€ข Oversee recruitment for spa team including onboarding new team members and following proper offboarding protocols.
โ€ข Manage Spa budget including labor, supplies and promotions. Run and provide reports as needed.
