About the Role - Spa Director
At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. The Spa Director is responsible for short and long term strategic planning of the Spa facility to include marketing, promotional, administrative, safety, associate and financial responsibilities. This means developing marketing strategies and identifying new markets, working with Public Relations in all aspects of spa promotions and media, and keeping abreast of the competitor's offerings, promotions and techniques. Financial responsibilities encompass fiscal budgeting and analysis and capital improvement identification and budget preparation. This person is responsible for staff development and aligning operations strategies and service initiatives to meet the hotels business objectives.
Wage Information
The salary range for this position is $101,100 to $140,000. This is the pay range for this position that Park Hyatt Aviara reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
