Job description

  • Job Summary
    • We are looking for an organized, friendly and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate is customer focused, detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a fast paced, relaxing environment. 
  • General Accountabilities
    • Warmly greet customers and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
    • Book and manage appointments, including schedules with staff.
    • Perform pre-shift duties to prepare the spa for daily operations. 
    • Ensure all spa essentials and necessities (towels, rooms, etc.) are fully stocked and maintained throughout the day.
    • Support the team and maintain smooth operations during busy periods. 
    • Handle basic computer tasks, including scheduling software, email, and record keeping. 
    • Resolve computer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
    • Uphold cleanliness, organization and spa standards at all times. 
Job Qualifications
  • Previous spa, salon, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and maintain a calm presence.
