Job Description

Join our team as a Spa Concierge. You will be responsible for creating Spa experiences for our guests, providing recommendations for Spa services, Experiences, and Wellness activities with the highest standards of professionalism, creating a warm, relaxing, and healing environment, ensuring that the guest experience exceeds expectations.

  • Warmly welcome all guests and strive to provide exceptional service.
  • Be able to communicate professionally and effectively in the languages used in the Spa.
  • Be fully knowledgeable about all treatments currently offered in the Spa Service Menu and any promotions or offers at any given time.
  • Be fully familiar with the product lines used in the Spa for retail and professional use, and be fully capable of providing guidance and recommendations to our customers on products that benefit retail sales.
  • Process all spa service reservations from pre-arrival contact and booking to final room charge and perform other administrative tasks and reports as needed.
  • Manage daily reservations, ensuring that the workload is evenly distributed among the massage therapists according to the balance.
  • Ensure that Therapists are fully aware of any special indications or contraindications so that the Spa service is tailored to meet the specific needs of our guests as described in their medical consultation form.
  • Ensure that all guest feedback and reviews are communicated to the Spa Management for quick follow-up.
  • Take care of the assigned areas and treatment rooms, ensuring they are prepared according to the specific standard and maintain them clean and organized at all times.
  • Keep the Spa Boutique clean and organized.
Qualifications
  • Preferably two years of experience in a high-end Spa or luxury hotel.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and prior knowledge of Spa services preferred.  
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the department's needs.
  • Minimum education level: Secondary school.
