St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for several outgoing Male Spa Concierge who are passionate about providing memorable and genuine customer service! As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon check-in for Spa services, escorting guests around the facilities, and helping to maintain the overall cleanliness of the Spa and Salon.



Essential Job Functions:

  • Escort guests from Spa Reception Desk to men’s locker area while explaining the available facilities and amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pool area, fitness center, and women’s locker room.
  • Transport dirty linens from Spa to Hotel laundry and keep Spa stocked with clean linens.
  • Assist with maintaining the general cleanliness of Spa and Salon (pick up newspapers, empty trashcans, clean windows and shelves, etc.).
  • Research lost & found items for Spa guests.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of important Spa information/services and general Hotel information to be able to answer guest inquiries.
  • Present oneself in a professional manner by adhering to the Hotel’s grooming and appearance policies, as well as by maintaining a pleasant and respectful demeanor when engaging both guests and other associates.
  • Follow St Julien's environmental commitment and dispose of waste and recycling according to established standards and policies.
  • Other duties as requested by manager.


Qualifications:

  • Previous guest service experience highly preferred, but not required.
  • Ideal candidate must be someone friendly and service-oriented, who works well as part of a team and can communicate effectively with all levels of associates and guests.
  • Must be able stand for several hours at a time and able to lift/push/pull laundry linens (up to 25 lbs.) on a frequent basis.
  • Flexible availability is required. Interested candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and a minimum of 15 – 20 hours/week.
