We also carry numerous accessories that are certain to make hot tub and swim spa ownership easier and more enjoyable.

Job Overview:

As a Service Technician Assistant, you will support the Service Technician with seasonal pool services, including spring pool openings and winter closings. This role assists with the installation and removal of safety and winter covers, as well as cleaning, folding, and properly storing covers at customer properties.

You will work closely with and report directly to the Service Technician assigned to you each day, helping ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer care.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Technician with installation and removal of safety covers during winter and spring service visits
  • Support technicians during pool winterization and spring opening services
  • Provide assistance during the installation of pool equipment when needed
  • Assist with installation of replacement vinyl liners
  • Clean, fold, and store pool covers at customer locations
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service through professional and courteous interactions
  • Follow all company safety guidelines, driving standards, and workplace policies
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing Leslie’s in the field

Qualifications:

  • Ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs to ensure high-quality service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support the Service Technician
