Salon Operations Coordinator


The primary purpose of this role will support our salon teams by helping with recruiting, onboarding, community outreach, social media, administrative projects, and operational initiatives.


Canidate ideally comes from the salon, beauty, barber, spa, or service industry and already understand the importance of culture, guest experience, recruiting, and relationship building.


Responsibilities include:


Building relationships with cosmetology schools and barber schools

Attending career fairs and community events

Recruiting stylists, barbers, managers, and support staff

Maintaining an active candidate pipeline

Assisting with onboarding and new hire engagement

Supporting employee retention initiatives

Creating and coordinating social media content

Promoting our culture and career opportunities

Assisting with administrative projects

Providing occasional front desk support when needed

Supporting salon events and operational initiatives

Helping strengthen communication and engagement across locations


The ideal candidate:


Experienced in the beauty, salon, barber, spa, hospitality, or service industry

Well-versed in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
