What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are looking for one guest focused person to join our team as a Spa Coordinator in the evening hours at the Spa at Willows Lodge.
Our Spa Coordinators open and close the guest visit in the spa by ensuring an enjoyable, relaxing experience and engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner. The greetings should be genuine, the goodbyes said with gratitude. A tour of our amenities is often on the list of things to do daily as well as stocking areas with every essential and assist guests with any needs or requests they may have.
We call this person the "Coordinator" because they coordinate every part of the business. Each service provider in the Spa team depends on the Spa Coordinator to think quickly, have an engaging attitude, and treat their guest with the same professionalism the guest received in service. Running an appointment book, and a busy phone line at a world-class Spa is hard but rewarding work.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow and learn at a world-class property.
