Spa Lavender is seeking a friendly, polished, organized, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to serve as the first and last impression for our guests. This role is essential to the overall guest experience and spa success.ย 
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, confident in sales conversations, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury spa environment. This position combines front desk operations, guest relations, appointment coordination, and membership/retail/service sales.ย 
This is not a passive receptionist role โ€” we are seeking someone who is proactive, personable, and motivated to help grow the business through exceptional guest experiences and sales performance.ย 
Key Responsibilitiesย 
Guest Experienceย 
  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Create a welcoming, calm, and polished atmosphere that reflects Spa Lavenderโ€™s brand standards.
  • Manage guest flow, check-ins, check-outs, and waiting area experience.
  • Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally and discreetly.
  • Build relationships with guests to encourage retention and repeat visits.

Sales & Revenue Support
  • Confidently recommend and sell spa services, memberships, packages, upgrades, add-ons, and retail products.
  • Educate guests on treatment benefits and personalized service recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase guest retention and overall ticket value.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales performance expectations.
  • Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and promotions accurately.

Scheduling & Administrative Duties
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and assist online booking inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, notes, and booking records in the spa software system.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Follow all spa policies and procedures regarding scheduling and client communication.

Operational Support
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and retail displays.
  • Support therapists and estheticians by helping maintain efficient schedule flow.
  • Assist with inventory awareness and retail merchandising.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, attendance, confidentiality, and cash handling.
  • Assist with spa events, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives when needed.
