About the role:

The Male Spa & Fitness Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the spa, fitness center, and male locker room areas. This role ensures all spaces are guest-ready, well-stocked, and operating efficiently while supporting spa operations and team members. This position is part of the Spa team, reporting to Spa & Wellness Management.

What you will do:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, spa facilities, and fitness areas to luxury standards

  • Greet guests, provide orientations of locker room and wellness spaces, and ensure a welcoming experience

  • Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other guest amenities throughout service areas

  • Clean and sanitize high-use areas such as showers, sinks, steam rooms, and saunas regularly

  • Monitor spa and fitness equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly

  • Support spa and fitness operations, including set-up of fitness classes and wellness areas

  • Assist team members to ensure smooth service delivery across spa functions

  • Pick up, deliver, and manage linens, ensuring adequate inventory and proper presentation

  • Maintain housekeeping standards, complete opening/closing checklists, and ensure all areas are guest-ready

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational standards

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, spa, or fitness-related environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to provide attentive, guest-focused service

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
