Job Description

Join a world-renowned Fairmont Spa and embody luxury, professionalism, and personalized care. As a Spa Therapist, you’ll deliver rejuvenating treatments, maintain immaculate service areas, and elevate the spa experience for each guest.

Position Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $17.22/hour plus 18% gratuities and commission
Start Date: August 2026

*Incentive bonus payable at the first pay period upon completion of 30 days

Job Duties Include:

  • Ability to perform all massage, body treatments and applicable add-on treatments offered on the menu according to protocols
  • Discovers guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations
  • Presents warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
  • Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
  • Assists with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning
  • Maintains treatment room inventory and other organizational tasks
    Qualifications
    • Experience performing facials, body treatments and massages required, preferably in a luxury environment. 
    • Certificate from a recognized Massage Therapy school 
    • CPR and First Aid certification is required
    • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including but not limited to:
      Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
      Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
      Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps
