Job Title: Chief of Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology — Location: Memphis, TN

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for the cardiac anesthesia team across the division's clinical, research, and teaching missions.
  • Direct patient care.
  • Teaching and supervision of nurse anesthetists and residents.
  • Opportunities for clinical and basic science research.
Qualifications
  • Board certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology with an MD or equivalent.
  • History of clinical and/or administrative leadership experience.
  • The chief of the division of Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology will serve on the leadership team for the Heart Institute and recruit, develop and lead a team of pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists.
