People in these roles are responsible for tasks such as feeding, breeding, monitoring health, assisting with farrowing (birthing), and maintaining proper living conditions for the sows and their piglets. Sow caretakers play a crucial role in ensuring the health and productivity of the breeding herd, which is essential for successful pig farming operations.
