Noodle Express is hiring for multiple positions at our Southgate Mall restaurant, including:

  • Cashiers and front-counter team members
  • Line Cooks and kitchen team members
  • Prep Cooks
  • Shift Leaders

We are a fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant serving fresh rice bowls, noodle bowls, appetizers, wraps, and other guest favorites. We work quickly, communicate constantly, and believe customer service is everyone’s responsibility—even when you are working behind the cooking line.

Cashier and Front-Counter Team
  • Welcome customers and provide friendly service
  • Take orders and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Answer menu questions and assist customers
  • Package accurate dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders
  • Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized
Line Cook and Kitchen Team
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes
  • Work efficiently during busy restaurant shifts
  • Complete food-preparation and ingredient-prep tasks
  • Maintain food quality, accurate portions, and reasonable ticket times
  • Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, safe, and organized
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Shift Leaders
  • Work alongside the restaurant team
  • Organize stations and keep the shift moving
  • Coach and support team members
  • Maintain food, service, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Help resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Complete opening, closing, and cash-handling duties as assigned
